We presented a series of Experience Models defining various ways we could present Tone, Style and Interaction, all of which solved the goals set out within the initial discovery findings.
Architecture
We architected an experience focused on getting the user to the information they needed quickly while proving opportunities for engagement along the way.
The homepage was intentionally organized to tell the complete story of Blameless, engaging the user by addressing their needs and closing with the opportunity to connect.
Most importantly we wanted to make the experience enjoyable and engagement effortless with integrated form capture and rewarding outcomes.
